Liked: I had a great experience at Mandalay Bay, it’s very far from most hotels in the strip however the resort has a lot to offer. The room was excellent, great size and view of the strip.

Liked: Had to wait forever at check in, pool area was dirty and the pool staff was not helpful
Disliked: Cleaner, easier check in, better pool staff

Liked: I tried the mobile check in several times, only to get the message “something went wrong, try again.” When I went to the mobile check in line for help, the person there said I had to go to the enormous regular check in line. No help at all, even though the problem was clearly Mandalay Bay’s. Ridiculous “customer service”. Awful.

Liked: Really didn't get to experience much of the hotel because I was tired.
Disliked: That I couldn't use the refrigerator.
