Liked: Usual high standards across all areas , have stayed here on 5 occasions now - Love it! Asked for rooms facing away from Allegiant Stadium on high floor and this is what we got . Asked for my daughters to be moved to the same floor , also sorted swiftly.
Disliked: One of the lifts was playing up -scary!Need an all night food bar near the casino for when you are jet lagged and go for a wander in the night!But really nothing not to like here!

Disliked: They charged us $25 for the bottle of water that left out side of refrigerator and supposed to be free. We didn’t have any house keeping for 3 days.

Reasonable but needs updating for...

Liked: Good to have monorail straight to Luxor and Excalibur hotels and the double bedroom for 4 was larger than expected
Disliked: No coffee or water in room- you had to pay extra for this and the overall place / rooms seem somewhat dated/ tired. Very smoky downstairs area so not good for any non- smokers

Overpriced, felt very cheap experience....

Liked: Bed was comfortable, had nice shower and nice bathtub.
Disliked: Not very clean. No garbage bags, no ice bags, no microwave, $50 charge if you want to just use fridge, no literature in room, no direction on how to use wifi, no directions on how to use humidifier, no room service menu, room service horrible prepackaged food, $50 for a horrible burger & fries, casino odds horrible, food court small with no quick options, doors slam very loud, airport noise slightly annoying, TV checkout/Bill never worked, no hotel tv amenities, just commercials, no youtube, or casting ability on TV, one key to room didn't work, had to go all the way back down to lobby, no automatic sliding doors in lobby, overcharged upon check in, view was ugly/industrial.
