Beautiful hotel with slipping standards

Liked: The location The atmosphere The comfortable room
Disliked: Staff on reception not there all the time despite several desks No Newspaper on Sunday despite reception saying there was !Even if there was they don’t deliver to the room any more Reception don’t order taxis anymore These all appear to be money saving issues Not a good idea to cost cut with little extras that people want whilst in good hotel The front of the building is in a dreadful state I took a photo , this would take maintenance just a day to fixWhat do they say does it have KERB APPEAL NO IT DOES NOT
