Disliked: Shampoo and conditioner bottles shaped like mini bottles are cute, but makes it hard to get the shampoo and conditioner out of the bottle.Breakfast isn’t hot; room temperature scrambles and lukewarm sausages.Pancakes are blah, and too chewy.Noisy workers are making building renovations.

Liked: Everything was clean. New owners are currently remodeling the hotel to be a Best Western. Staff was very friendly and accomadating

Liked: The young man at the front desk was very nice I was not happy once I got into my room but I knew it wasn't his fault and he was very professional.
Disliked: FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! I literally only booked to have a relaxing night with a hot tub. I paid for a room with a hot tub and there was no hot tub. I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give me one. I had to work at 4am the next day and wasn't going to drive home but was very disappointed and upset it was a waste.

Liked: It seemed as the rooms have just been redone, very clean and comfortable
Disliked: While booking, the ad said Jet tub In the room But all it had was a shower.

Disliked: It was under construction and wasn’t made aware of that fact until we got there. Wasn’t able to do laundry on the premise, but luckily enough there is a laundromat 2 buildings down. Also the towels and sheets were not clean so had to request new ones and no tissues available

Bad

Liked: NOTHING
Disliked: Dirty, smelly, unprofessional. A person walking into our room and turning on the lights at 1:15 am and 5 minutes later the phone ringing and being berated as to why we are in that room.
