Mana-Nui Motel is a classic 1970's-style motel with older style units and modern studio units available. It is located in the heart of Whitianga and only 2 minutes' walk from the white sands of Buffalo Beach. All guest rooms feature heating a flat-screen TV and 12GB of free WiFi per person. Mana-Nui Motel is a 5-minute walk from The Lost Spring hot pools. Kuaotunu Beach is a 15-minute drive and Coromandel is a 35-minute drive away. All rooms offer a toaster fridge and tea and coffee making facilities. They have an private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. Some rooms have a full kitchen with cooking facilities. Liked: We luved the location. Staff are lovely. A bit dated but rooms are big and Upgrade is going to be done.
Disliked: There was nothing we didn't like. Would stay again.

Really need all new set...

Disliked: The room so old Need renovation. The bed cover is very old like use for 50 year ago.I pay almost $400/nightBut feel like $20/night.Backpacker place still better

Perfect!

Liked: It was a perfect stay. The location is perfect, the unit is very spacious. There's everything you need on the kitchen, even french press and some ground coffee! The owners are delightful and always on site for anything you need.

Highly recommended and very likely...

Liked: Great Motel.Having Sky TV was awesome.The owners were very friendly, chatty and accommodating.
Disliked: Would be easier to just have spa / pool towels already in the room.
