Good room, very disappointing service...

Disliked: Setup of the tables, bathroom tilesYour manager Elodie was very rude and unwelcoming, we weren’t able to order drinks before midnight despite having a room (and marketing at the hotel encouraging joining the DJ set from 8pm)

Liked: The location is great - quite close from everything in the center of the city without the big noise.
Disliked: The welcome that Amber gave us…… It was not client centric nor elegant. Above all, the topic has handled over the phone before arriving so I didn’t understand the lecture she had to give us - the super arrogant tone as if we were children… I felt not welcomed at all as if I was disturbing which is a big pity when you are at the “welcome desk”. I am used to travelling and trusting Mama over Europe, it is as well my second time in Toulouse but it will be my last.

Could have paid less for...

Liked: The location and bed was comfortable
Disliked: Our room was next to some electrical cupboard and there was a high pitched electrical buzzing noise constantly. There was also the sound of furniture being moved in the middle of the night from above, which couldn’t of been guests. There were also multiple hairs in the bathroom upon arrival and it wasn’t that clean. Very minimal amenities too.

Liked: Excellent location with decor as quirky as the hotel's name!Very friendly and helpful staff. They let checked out a bit later without a fuss. Really grateful for that so I could clean up after the Corrida Noel run in the morning. Staff at the bar/restaurant (very popular place) were also super cool!Loved having a huge bathroom! Unusual for many hotels.
Disliked: My room was in a corner of the building so my window adjacent to another room's at 90 degrees. Too close for my liking. Would ask for a different room next time.The rooms are also designed as a narrow rectangular strip leading to the bed which fits snuggly in a square. No space around the bed. Maybe not so comfortable if staying for more than a few days.
