Liked: Great staff, clean comfortable rooms, no noise, amazing restaurant.
Disliked: No tea or coffee in the room

Liked: 4th time i ve been to Mama s shelter and it remains one of the best hotels for me. If you are expecting a high end 5 star hotel it is not for you. But if you are into a funky , hip and authentic place, with an awsome and friendly vibe then it is definitely the place to book.
Disliked: I would only wish if they had a gym but that s just for me.

Disliked: Bad maintenance , old design , horrible plastic vinyl floor in the rooms , no room service, bathroom without body wash , shampoo etc. Why they have microwave in the rooms and not a simple espresso machine ? Empty fridge with just a bottom of water for welcome ( they don’t refresh the bottles ). And the most important is they we had to open our luggage on the floor cause they don’t provide you a stand to put it on.
