Not happy much because what...

Liked: Nothing special , its on walk frame hollywood but location is on backside , little wared .
Disliked: As per booking my room is large room with city view but when i reached they given me large room as per my booking but they don’t have city view . Later they ask me 40$ per night if need. So it’s kind of disappointment , i paid for city view to booking . Com but room was not city view. Washroom is are so small. We can say it’s guest house not hotel. Monday and Tuesday restaurent full closed strange.

Liked: Good location. Bar/restaurant well maintained.
Disliked: Rooftop was messy, looked outdated and not clean.Staff valet were not welcoming.

Superb

Liked: Super comfortable, close to the strip, had no issues with noise from the roof (third floor room). Staff were super nice to us and got to know us and offered recommendations for our stay in LA. Very affordable and great location.
Disliked: Carpet wasn't very clean but hard to keep spotless, I guess, given the location. Would need regular shampooing. The rooms were far cleaner than heavy foot traffic areas.
