Great location for the boxing at The York Hall. I actually met the boxer from the main event of that evening's show before the fight. The room was great - lovely and clean, with everything you could need for an overnight stay. The bed was 10/10 for comfort and one of the quietest hotels I've stayed in. Can't comment on the breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning, but this is a hotel I will definitely be coming back to. 10/10 all round.

Liked: I booked this hotel as unfortunately I was attending funeral and the location suited. The hotel was very good - receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and my room was upgraded from a small double to a bigger one which was an unexpected bonus, Hotel is quite near a tube station and there are lots of pleasant streets close by with interesting shops restaurants and bars. I would recommend if this part of london suits ppl
Disliked: I didnt book breakfast as thought the cost was very expensive. I think it would be a good idea to offer a couple of breakfast options - EG a light option (fruit, coffee, croissant) and then another option to inclde this and a cooked breakfast. Not all guests want to eat a lot first thing.One small gripe - I had a drink in the bar in the early evening and when I went to pay there was some confusion over whether I pay at the bar or another desk. It took longer than it should to pay for a glass of wine and the person behind the bar was somewhat curt. Not great really....
