Overall good

Liked: Comfortable, quiet and central. Great view. Can get around easily Fridge in the room. Internet worked for the length of stay without having to constantly reload it. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice bar/ restaurant
Disliked: No gym but karaoke and movie room. No kettle , no iron, ironing table, no shampoo/ conditioner in the room Stayed 6 days and the sheets were not changed once.

Liked: Very chic property just outside of Dijon old town centre. Staffs are the most friendly we have ever seen. The breakfast is fabulous too. There is nothing not to like about this place.

A beautiful hotel! We look...

Liked: Our room with a terrace overlooking the cathedral was gorgeous, and the bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed dinner and breakfast in the excellent restaurant. The decor of the hotel is very unusual, and very attractive. The staff at reception and in the restaurant were all friendly and helpful.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have bathrobes in the room, and in view of the cost of the room we were surprised none were available.

Liked: Fun styling, central location.
Disliked: The reception staff were uninterested and not very helpful, lacking any urgency when I requested a kettle on two occasions.Poor service at dinner in the restaurant, we were constantly having to look around to gain the notice of our server. No service at all during breakfast, not even to explain the set up or offer hot drinks.The room lacked facilities, no tea, coffee, shampoo, shower gel etc.The air conditioning panel was on but we couldn’t change the temperature meaning the room was uncomfortably hot.We had a room with a ‘bow front’ which essentially meant a window facing the restaurant which becomes a night club after dinner (we stayed in a Saturday night) meaning we could hear music until the early hours.The room wasn’t spotless, dust and yellow grout in the bathroom and the carpet was a bit grubby.We wouldn’t stay again.
