Peaceful welcoming country B&B

Liked: Family run B&B who are friendly and very welcoming. Good breakfast with option of full cooked (@extra cost). Peaceful with sound of running water and pond beside breakfast room.
Disliked: Some outdoor lighting or signage so it’s more visible when approaching and then parking, in the dark. On the other hand, the luminous Exit sign inside our room sign kept us awake.
