Brilliant location, helpful staff, comfy...

Liked: Malmaison is so close to the train station and the centre of town, it’s the perfect place to stay. The family room was huge, the beds comfy and views gorgeous. The staff could not have been more helpful. They were so friendly, from the front desk to the breakfast team (and the rooftop bar is a hidden gem!).
Disliked: Our toilet seat was wonky and the TV in the main room was tricky to work, but minor things in comparison to what was excellent!

Liked: Location is great both for being close to centre but also a stone's throw from the trin station. Bar's and restaurants on site too so facilities are good.
Disliked: Food was expensive for what it is. We booked a car parking space ahead of visit but was a bit of a free for all, with none available. Had somebody not left 30 mins after checking in It didn't appear there was an alternative.Went to the rooftop bar for drinks, we were told we couldn't book in advance so tried our luck. Were met with a bit of a frustrated "you are coming at our busiest time". Managed to persuade a table after saying we were only there for an hour before heading on. We spent time there with empty tables all over the place the whole time we were there, which was a bit odd, especially when you can't book. Going for the exclusive vibe clearly.
