Liked: Easy booking, at an acceptable price. Excellent car park location and value for money. Receptionist very helpful. Great gin and tonics from the bar !!
Disliked: I had booked/paid for two rooms, and was offered an upgrade for £20, which we declined. However, my son who checked in a lot later got a far better room in terms of space/view. Also heard people being checked in later while we sat in reception, being offered an upgrade for £10 ?Also thought the cost of breakfast was a too steep to be honest which was a shame.
