Disliked: Room could have been heated more before my arrival, was a wee bit chilly at first

Liked: Location, staff all excellent
Disliked: The heating in the room kept dropping to 19 degrees. I was cold. I set it at 24 degrees to warm up the room, but after a short while I could feel the air con kicking in and it automatically went down to 19 degrees. Spoke to a staff member who said it's their "eco-heating" but if I put it at 23 or 22, it would stay there. But it didn't and I was cold. In fairness the guy did offer to bring up a heater, but that really shouldn't be necessary.
