Staff make all the difference

Liked: Decor great, it’s the staff that make the difference though. I particularly want to single out Gabi in the bar who was absolutely fantastic and so friendly.
Disliked: Room heating was a bit complicated, but nothing serious. Could do with some body lotion and better shampoo and soap in the room!

Felt very safe in clean...

Liked: Restaurant great. Internet connection was strong. Very central and close to train station.Staff were knowledgeable about surroundings and happy to explain where good things were and how transport system worked.
