Great over night stay ....

Liked: Perfect location, lovely hotel,gorgeous decor. Room could have smelled better, had a slight drain smell.The only disappointment was service at dinner, the restaurant was not busy , 2 guys running the room, hopeless. Food took too long , & they got our bill wrong 3 times which was disappointing & felt as though they didn’t care.

Liked: The staff were brilliant, helpful and friendly. I really like the idea of ‘bidding’ for an upgrade on the rooms. We would definitely recommend Malmaison Deansgate and return. Good location too, with Q-Parks a short 5 minute walk away. Thank you!!

Disliked: The lack of lighting in the bedrooms. I understand the want for mood lighting but some practical lighting is useful as well.

Very comfortable stay

Liked: The reception staff are very friendly and welcoming. The bedroom was very quiet. The beds and bedding were very comfortable.
Disliked: The lighting is difficult to get right.
