Loved the stay

Liked: It was really clean and the room was more spacious than expected, was in a very convenient location, arndale is just a 7/10 min walk

disappointing

Liked: Staff were brilliant. Could not fault them .
Disliked: We arrived after 3pm but the room was not ready. The staff were great and provided drinks from the bar while we waited. The room was filthy. Dog hairs along the bottom of the bed, dusty and dirty carpet. Not great for what is normally an amazing chain of hotels. They did come and clean the room when this was pointed out. The bathroom smelled of blocked drains.

Lovely quiet room with lovely...

Liked: The room we had was just like in picture. Plenty wardrobe space and iron/ hairdryer, robes. The rooftop bar was lovely, staff very friendly , food delicious.
Disliked: No mirror above dressing table which is an essential for anyone wanting to do hair/ makeup . I love a bath but just shower but shower was lovely although shower small partition meant a lot of water on the floor towel/ floor from spray.
