A supposedly posh hotel for...

Liked: The check in system was rather clever and the location was perfect
Disliked: I deluded myself into thinking that £180 was a bargain for Malmaison but, beyond the beautiful facade of the building, lay a very mediocre hotel.Reception staff were far too fabulous to be dealing with the likes of me, room was not suitable for ferret swinging, let alone cat, so help me God I almost smashed the air conditioner control as it refused to turn off and the shower was Luke warmBed was badly made but it was comfortable so can’t whinge there but it was hobbit sized so luckily it was just me in it No mirror in bedroom to floof my hair and the mirror in the bathroom was quite dark so f£&@ knows what my makeup looked like when I left All in all it was, as my Friend who used to work for the company said, fur coat and no pants

Liked: Bed very comfortable, sheets extremely soft and luxurious and the pillows were lovely. Very quiet location and staff were friendly and helpful - calling cabs etc.
Disliked: Are in restaurant one night and was disappointed. The waiter flirted in a most forward way which was results because he was 30 years younger. Did not like that at all.
