Pleasant stay but not not...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Good variety. Location great. Staff were friendly and efficient.
Disliked: The heating wouldn't work in my room, so freezing cold, also not hot water in the shower next morning, which was disappointing. I couldn't report the fault on Saturday night as I only got back to my room at 2.30am, so too late to report it. I only discovered there was no hot water in the morning.

Good stay overall

Liked: Very comfortable room, great breakfast.
Disliked: Tables littered with empty, used glasses in the basement bar late on Sat 1 Feb, and the general nonchalance towards guests of the two staff serving there.
