Liked: Loved the room. Great size room and lovely view. Easy to navigate around hotel areas.Loved the bar and bistro area and staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.Breakfast area very relaxed.
Disliked: Staff checking us in wasn't over helpful. Did not tell us any information about hotel only about key card needed to gain access to our floor for the room.Better light for bathroom as when U opened the door at night the whole bedroom was bathed in light.Would have been good to have fridge in room.

Disaster

Liked: Just awful. Very run down. Basic rooms. I had an issue with a phantom flushing loo and had to call maintaince at 3 am and switched my room

Liked: Decor, clean and great position near docksFabulous view of the warship in the morningShower was great and staff helpful
Disliked: Was a bit of a pain trying to find the entrance Didn’t like that you pay to borrow an umbrella for a couple of pound which we returned, but the hotel debited £18 from my friends account. Wasn’t happy over that and should have kept it for that price.

Liked: Beautiful hotel lovely room and very friendly staff. Would stay again.
Disliked: I did think the double bed was a little small even though it stated large double.

Liked: Clean and comfortable room. The room was large with amazing views over the river. Lovely bathroom wirh massive bath. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location is brilliant next to the doc's.
