Comfortable, stylist and affordable

Liked: The moment we arrived we were both greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist. I said that we were both deaf she went away to speak to another member of staff and grab hold of the fireco deafgard fire alarm equipment. Offering ease and accessibility for us. Which was very kind of her. The hotel is charming, pleasant and cozy. It has a lovely feel to the place with it warm atmosphere. The hotel was quite impressive with its decor and stylist. The hotel is located near the Royal Albert Docks which has for all the things you like to do.
Disliked: There nothing bad to say about the property.

Great hotel disabled room. Not...

Liked: We were put into a disabled room as we booked on the day. We were expecting to be in a double but the kind receptionist gave us a free breakfast. Also late checkout it felt very kind until we slept in the room and there was a constant buzzing throughout the night and also the room temperature was up and down all night too. Breakfast was amazing and late checkout. Let me catch up on an extra hour after breakfast. I would definitely stay again but not in that room but 100% Will give it another go in a different room
