Liked: The room was spacious and a lovely surprise when we walked in. It was a good location to reach the city centre and the SSE Hydro.
Disliked: No we loved it.

You stay at the Mal...

Liked: Staff did everything possible to make us all feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble. They made it a great couple of days.
Disliked: For me the lighting !! I know it to be a feature of the Mal but I like to be able to make up and see what I am doing.

Liked: Location but still nice and quiet place without overwhelming crowds
Disliked: Room very small even upgraded for a bigger room. Used stay in Malmaison often and was so excited to come back. Unfortunately didn't impress me.

Liked: Just a quick stay and didnt book breakfast but it was lovely. Girl on desk on arrival was very helpful but i didnt catch her name .

Liked: We had the best stay here - the staff were absolutely incredible and went out of their way to be welcoming. Our room was stunning - so confy and bright. The breakfast was delicious. We cannot wait to return!
