Liked: An attractive building in an excellent location in Leith, a short distance from the nearest tram stop, which will take you into Edinburgh or to the Royal Yacht Britannia. Excellent free parking at the rear with lots of spaces. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist, who was very helpful. The downstairs area of the hotel is nicely decorated with a good ambience. The rooms are clean and stylish with comfortable beds. The bar has a nice atmosphere with a good range of cocktails.
Disliked: The bathrooms are a bit plain and basic compared with the attention to detail given to the rest of the hotel.

Liked: Great choice on the breakfast menu which when delivered was very well served. Checkin staff were very helpful. Good drinks choice at the bar. Location wise, the accommodation was positioned very close to a tram stop which made travelling into Edinburgh centre very easy.
