Liked: Loved the style of the hotel, excellent central location, fabulous, friendly helpful staff.
Disliked: Room above obviously had a wooden floor so could hear every move they made late at night.

Disliked: My room could only be described as a dungeon. Dark small underground and smelly. The service was slow no room in the bar area to relax on Sunday and our room was just wasn’t what I I’m use to having stayed at other malmaisons
