Liked: Comfortable bed and good sized room.
Disliked: The bar was quite chilly and the menus were very difficult to read because of small print.

Superb

Liked: Booked into junior suite,room was nice,clean, warm and spacious,bed not the best but ok for couple of nights,great location for visiting dundee,hotel staff very helpful .had a great time.
Disliked: There is a large car park next to hotel you pay between hours of 8am-6pm then it's free but between those hours will cost you £21.30 per day.there are other car parks around .

Comfortable stay near the V&A

Liked: Clean, tidy, warm, and a very comfortable bed. It was nice and spacious in the Junior Sweet, bath was excellent, too.
Disliked: A couple of the tv channels didn't work, but honestly not a big issue. I didn't even report it tbh.

Excellent hotel

Liked: We were very happy with our stay. The hotel was very clean, lovely decor, the staff were very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was great. All really good value.

Liked: Parking close by. Stylish hotel. Good location/close to amenities. Fridge in room.Proper wine glasses provided. Spacious.
Disliked: No shaving point in bathroom. Considering the cost of the room there should have been more coffee pods for our 2 day stay. Dressing gowns were hard. Difficult to get the shampoo/conditioner out of dispenser.. Big queue during checkout and only one receptionist on duty. TV in bedroom froze several times.

Liked: The hotel is absolutely gorgeous, set right in the center of dundee, brilliant!!!! Bed was so so comfy, room was super clean and I had a great night's sleep!!! Bathroom was gorgeous, amazing for the price we got xx
Disliked: If I had to be fussy the lightening in the room wasn't great, needs more bright lights especially next to the mirrors x
