Liked: Comfortable bed and good sized room.
Disliked: The bar was quite chilly and the menus were very difficult to read because of small print.

Liked: Location is perfect, 10 min walk to high street for shops, right across from train station, I drove and carpark is right beside the hotel, personally i think it was an expensive carpark

Disappointment is an understatement.

Liked: The room was nice.
Disliked: Charged an extra £50 (presumably for the mini bar which we didn’t touch) that reception said would be refunded after check out the next day. Never got a refund, contacted my credit card company and Malmasion haven’t released any funds for refund even though an email 2 months ago states they have. Emailed, called and even went in to try and speak to them and got turned away as they were too busy to speak to me. Still waiting on a phone call back. 9 weeks on and still no refund. Won’t be staying again. Won’t recommend.

Classy hotel for a treat.

Liked: Hotel was very nice and luxurious, we were given a discounted room upgrade when we arrived which was very good value, staff throughout hotel were very friendly and helpful . Great central location, outside seating if it's sunny.W ould definitely come back and also recommend.
Disliked: Drinks a bit pricey but still worth it for something special.
