Liked: Comfortable bed and good sized room.
Disliked: The bar was quite chilly and the menus were very difficult to read because of small print.

Liked: Bedding and bed comfort / location for railway station and V&A / breakfast / room size
Disliked: The stated 'courtyard view' was pushing it a bit! / lamps in room too bright / black furniture showing up dust / mixed fruit salad bowl not stating contents

Amazing spiral staircase

Liked: The staff here are all fantastic, friendly and really helpful. Our rooms were very comfortable. The food was great. We loved the grand spiral staircase. The hotel was very near to the V and A
Disliked: One of the rooms had a very small bathroom. The other was an accessible room with a 'wet shower' area. We found it hard not to soak the area around this. We also had an issue with the heating controls in this room however, the staff were able to fix it remotely.

Ab fab, we’d stay again!

Liked: Absolutely fabulous, we had booked a suite and were upgraded. Very much appreciated when we were there the night before a family funeral. Also the dinner and staff on the bar were great. Highly recommended!

I like the hotel but...

Liked: The breakfast was very good and the staff at the restaurant very friendly
Disliked: The cleaners are not friendly at all. The 3 night I stayed my room was not cleaned. On the last day, one just came in collected the trash ,dropped towels and left . My first day I was looking for the lift saw a cleaner and asked her where I can find the lift and she literally snapped at me. This is very unprofessional.

Liked: The breakfast offered a huge variety of foods,which would suit most people and was very good. We enjoyed our evening meal and found the staff to be very attentive and helpful. We liked the location of the hotel. It was very central and close to all the attractions including the V and A museum.
Disliked: I was disappointed that the hotel didn't have a car park or a compensatory arrangement for parking ie. We paid for parking from our arrival time up to 11.20a.m. the following day, but the hotel could compensate the guest by offering a drink on arrival or something similar to take the sting out of that.
