Easy, comfortable and great location...

Just lovely

Liked: Lovely staff all staffNothing was too much trouble for all the staff. Very friendly & helpful I must say something about the chef’s on sat night, that food was just excellent, the beef & noodles, wow just a big thank you :) Wasn’t sure we liked the automated paying system, it takes the personal experience out of everything

Liked: The property was centrally located and surrounded by amazing amenities
Disliked: The room was hot and the shower was uncomfortable- leaking water and the door unable to shut! No usb port to charge my phone even though other rooms have them!

Liked: Very disappointed especially considering the price… breakfast was a joke, so much so I didn’t bother… hot water in a pump flask for tea!! At this price I would expect a pot to be made. Room was fair, however needs attention no USB ports, to be honest I’ve stayed at better Premier Inns. The biggest issue was the attitude of the staff when asking if there was a local LGBT or gay bar.. the staff member actually laughed! Totally disrespectful.
