Liked: We had a lovely airy bedroom and the bed was comfortable The room was overlooked by the houses opposite and the windows needed blinds or soft curtains in addition to the normal curtains. The shower pressure was amazingLovely fluffy towels
Disliked: It’s very tired and I need of decoration and in some places refurbishmentThe bathroom was very small and very dark withoutAlthough the shower pressure was amazing, the shower was over the bath, and so it wasn’t very wide and was quite difficult to get in and out of.£23 for breakfast we thought was quite expensive, cold food was on a buffet and hot food had to be ordered.

Amazing, convenient and welcoming.

Liked: The hotel was great. We parked on site and it was just a very short stroll into town. So it was really convenient. We received a friendly welcome from reception and they were very helpful with directions of where to go. The bed was super comfy and I had one of the best night's sleep I've ever had in a hotel.

Great place to stay in...

Liked: We love the Malmaison especially for its interior design of the lounge/ bar area. The staff is also very nice and helpful.

FAB ROOM BUT DISAPPOINTED

Liked: Loved the big rooms and facilities in the room . Lovely lady receptionist when we checked in . Hotel perfect for the venue we were visiting . Beautiful decor, and the room was extremely relaxing along with super comfy beds .
Disliked: We came home at 10pm and went to the bar for 1 drink and had to go and look for staff to serve us, i took at least 15 to 20 minutes. We eventually found him in a conference room off reception with his feet up on his phone . Really was so unprofessional and annoying as his attitude wasn't that great when we disturbed him
