Liked: Large, clean room which was ready when we arrived so we were able to check in early. Great position - near the railway, the Utilita Arena and the canal.

Staff very courteous; hotel was central to train station, city centre and to Birmingham Symphony Hall; would use again ; best wishes to all the staff .

Liked: Great location for easy access to all shops and restaurants. Hotel room was a great size, the bed was very comfortable.
Disliked: A few things in the room looked a bit tired, and some bottled water in the room would have been nice to add for guests.
