Liked: Large, clean room which was ready when we arrived so we were able to check in early. Great position - near the railway, the Utilita Arena and the canal.

Liked: On arrival, the lady at reception was very friendly and helpful, she answered our questions on parking and how we could get a discount, which we did not know about, at departure there was a lady and gentleman at reception the lady who was also very friendly and answered our questions the gentleman we found obnoxious, no eye contact, no smile, even though we were directing our questions to him.Our room was on the fifth floor, the room was dark, even with the lights on, there was not a good choice of teas, no water in the fridge, and the room and bathroom were clean but not spotless. Usually, I would have complained but after travelling for over three hours I was shattered and could not be bothered, we were only there for one night.We used the bar at lunchtime before travelling back, and the staff was friendly, especially the young man who served us our padrón peppers.

Disliked: The acoustics in the bar and rest were very poor (as loud as a Club) on Saturday night. DJ in bar was equally audible in the restaurant. Tables in the restaurant were very close.
