Disliked: The was very dark , lighting inadequate,decor was dark, felt like it was difficult to locate my small items due to poor lighting.A nasty /sour smell in one of the lifts.Service at breakfast was very slow

Liked: Great location
Disliked: Stayed in the double deluxe room. Only one chair in the room.Paid for breakfast which was £20 per person, after waiting over 40 minutes, I finally gave up and requested a refund.When I asked the staff member on the check-in desk if it would be ok to checkout after 11 as the breakfast was talking so long, the reply I got was "I suppose it will have to do".

Liked: The location is great. It was easy to get from/to the airport, and all the things we wanted to visit were within easy walking distance.
Disliked: We stayed in a connecting room and unfortunately, we could hear everything from the adjacent room. The bathroom was in a poor state of repair and needs attention
