Liked: Very clean and comfortable. Excellent facilities, shower,etc.Large bed,had a super sleep.,couldn't fault the place.

Disliked: For the most expensive room in the building.it was a shame it was so noisy. I assume it was directly over the kitchen,as could hear the noise of the working environment. overlooking the car park was a little less than perfect as the headlights from the cars did shine into the room even when the curtains were closed.

Liked: The communication from Carly was amazing, clear and responsive. It made our finding the room easy.She also helped with booking a table in the restaurant on Christmas eve. Room was spacious and comfortable.

Liked: I stayed in the suite which was clean & very comfortable. There was plenty of tea & coffee.The spa bath was amazing!
Disliked: Although it was great to get a bath full of hot water, it was too hot! It is a double bath so i thought the water would run cold......no. I even went & had a meal & it was still too hot! There should be a warning, especially if kids are staying in the room.Also coming down the back stairs in the morning was difficult with a case & bags
