Beautiful and comfortable.
Liked: Great location in the Main Street.Beautiful property. Comfortable bed and great facilities. Would definitely stay again.

Exceptional
Liked: The property is lovely, centrally located in the main street of Maleny. It has a beautiful little garden and a pool - although we didn't have time to use that. The room - called Alfred - was gorgeous. Beautifully decorated and with lovely little touches such as shortbread bikkies and fresh milk to have with coffee (there was a coffee maker in the room) and so on. The bathroom was huge and amazing and smelled divine. There was an ipad with the property information on it.
Disliked: I couldn't fault this property. My husband was a little askance that there wasn't a tv, but he got over it!

Our stay was ok because...
Liked: Was really clean and well looked after and greatly situated for wedding we were attending
Disliked: Was very noisy with neighbours,also has wooden floors through out so anyone moving around property you can hear,also no TV in the room just an iPad so not really a place you can relax chill and enjoy your time,

A bad experience
Liked: Very well located in Maleny. The place is charming.
Disliked: No one is there to welcome you when you arrive which for the price is a bit annoying, especially as you need informations. We have no issue with self checking normally but not for this kind of property and area. We arrived on a Saturday and everything is close from 3pm. They don't do housekeeping and if you insist to get some they will only bring new towel but not clean the room even leaving old towel on the floor. The pool is extremely dirty and not cleaned. Finally they have some electricity power break and we had one morning with no electricity, no wifi, no lights and no hot water. We have asked for compensation but as it is "not their fault" you get nothing. Overall this place can be nice but very expensive for the poor service. We truly regret the communication style and felt not welcomed. If you have no choice you can stop, you will survive especially if you do not need to reach out to them. If you can go somewhere else, go.
