Pity about the music

Liked: Pool and room were comfortable and clean
Disliked: Our room overlooked the courtyard on Saturday night. The music was very loud, booming until 12am, kept us awake much longer than we would have liked, even if it was turned down a small bit!

Disliked: No heating in the room - radiator didn’t work. The 2 lifts were out of order for our stay and we had an elderly family member with us. None of the staff members offered to help us with our bags while we tried to help our elderly family member upstairs. Window didn’t close properly in the room so there was a draft coming through the window and we could hear traffic clearly all night - the radiator not working didn’t help with this cold breeze. Buffet breakfast could have been a bit more organised, no glasses for juice area.

Pleasant

Liked: The location is great. We were on the 3rd floor and the elevators were not working. My daughter has juvenile arthritis and had to take the stairs numerous times. There was no open tables at the restaurant and when we got a table we waited a very long time for drinks and for our order to be taken. My 5 year old was in tears when she had still not received her meal after an hour. The rooms were clean but the bed was not very comfortable and the pillows were very hard and fat. The worst part was that there was a party of young teens that were knocking on the door multiple times and yelling loudly from about 3 am to 4 am. We did not sleep much at all. The breakfast was good and the staff at the leasure centre was lovely. We saved for this trip and chose this hotel as it had great reviews but we left tired and my daughter has a very swollen and painful knee today.

Disappointing

Liked: Good location.
Disliked: I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was disappointing.While the location is nice and the place itself looks good, the service left a lot to be desired. I had to wait a long time to check in and to be seated at the restaurant.As I was travelling alone, I was placed at a table right between the restaurant entrance and the outside door. It was very cold because children kept opening the door every few minutes.My room was on the 3rd floor, but the lift wasn’t working, and no one offered to help me with my luggage.For the price I paid, I expected much better service and overall experience. It definitely wasn’t worth the money.

Ok but would not come...

Liked: I liked it was close to the event we were attending
Disliked: Staff was nice but the organisation of this place terrible. My son 9yr old fell asleep on a table waiting for dessert and after 40 mins the lady said they didnt have it...but at the end the dessert was on the receipt..if i didnt check i d be charged for it...The bath was broken....The hotel in general was ok but some aspects were absolutely not acceptable
