Not recommended for families especially...

Liked: With in city
Disliked: Staff very uncooperative.. car park was a mess. The receptionist who checked us in rom 424 on 07/01/25 has no clue or was not interested us giving information about parking it ended up us parking in wrong parking and car was locked inside that parking that led us to miss our flight early in morning. Caused alot of hastle late at night around 0200am we were standing on the road in cols winter night with the kid.The receptionist at the restaurant in evening was busy in chatting with his friends and had no concern how long people are waiting for there order.The room strangely smelled of some antiseptic like odour

Nice Hotel

Liked: Location, Staff and Room were great.
Disliked: Air conditioner was controlled centrally, therefore, I asked staff to increase the room temperature. But after a while it went back to cold again.

Best Holiday stay in cork

Liked: I enjoyed every bit I stayed there starting from the room till the end of our stay breakfast was excellent.Firstly I would like to tell about the room they gave us an extra bed without us asking we were super delighted with our room and Ms Sandra always kept our room clean whenever we were outSecondly the pancakes and waffles were really tasty.Thirdly the location was just perfect for all top places to visit and it was nearest to bus stops as well.Last but not the least the staff were extremely helpful.Ohh and the margarita is a must try

A City Break in a...

Liked: The Staff were wonderful friendly helpful and highly efficient and very helpful. I wish to thank Jamie,Murillo, Darragh, Tom, Michael, John and John. Thanks to the Chef for the beautiful food and to the amazing Receptionists and Housekeeping Staff. The Hotel is fabulous close to the Town Centre and spotlessly clean. There is great teamwork with the staff they’re all great assets to the Maldron Hotel.
