Pleasant, amazing staff, renovations going...

Liked: The location is amazingly close to the city centre.
Disliked: There is literally no parking. We drove around for an hour and then randomly got a spot in the hotels parking of which there is like 5 spots.

Liked: The breakfast, staff were excellent very friendly and informative. The sauna was a lovely touch aswell.
Disliked: The beds and pillows were not the greatest and the ventilation in the room wasn’t great.

Disappointing

Liked: Location. The Staffs are very accommodating.
Disliked: The room and the toilet have an unpleasant smell. The bed smells sweats. Jacuzzi is not working. But the Staffs are very nice and accommodating and the location is convenient for our stay.

Liked: the staff were fantastic.
Disliked: we arrived and there was no parking first of all , but it's OK I left My car in thd underground down the town and walked back. the lift wasn't working and we ended up having to carry out buggy and child up the stairs. the lobby's carpet is extremely shabby and worn. the rooms need redecorating and updating. the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night 3 times scaring the life out of our kids with no call to the room to inform us all was OK. so I had to trapse down at midnight. the room for breakfast was absolutely freezing and basics such as bananas not available. for the extortionate price we paid we were quite disappointed

Disliked: looked a little run down in areas , but looks like they are fixing areas up. room 405 had prodlems with small fruit lies were coming in from the bathroom sink
