Liked: Food was great, swimming pool was fabulous,every clean room
Disliked: Beds were slightly uncomfortable and pillows,they weren't very soft

Liked: Great location. Good variation for breakfast.
Disliked: Elevator was not working for most of our trip. Hotel needs a revamp as it is very dated and paper signage stuck on walls. Toilet in our room did not flush properly. Our room was located across from a staff room which had people shouting and talking from 7am on both mornings. Hotel car park is very small, Carroll’s quay is a quite a walk for carrying luggage or for the elderly / immobile. Email quoted incorrect parking charges but hotel honoured the quoted price.

Liked: Location, friendliness of daytime reception and all bar staff
Disliked: The way I was treated by the night porter, being threatened with the guardaí and to be thrown out the hotel over ordering a pizza

Liked: Well presented and rooms were spacious and good selection of drinks available in the room.Really nice clean beds
Disliked: There was some “water hammer” noise from the water pipes when the toilet was flushed

Liked: Staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable.
Disliked: Hotel Bar was advertised as being open untill 1:30 they called last orders at 11:30pm. Bar not stocked very well either a bit disappointing.
