Liked: I payed for me and my partner but I only had breakfast then on Sunday the manager wen I said I have pay for breakfast she said she checked the computer and I was ok but was approached on checkout about the bill for the Sunday breakfast was 15€ I was charged 17 50 on Monday ?
Disliked: The breakfast mix up

Maldron Hotel Sandy Road

Liked: I liked that the room was bigger than I expected as I was asking my now fiancé to marry me the night we checked into the hotel.
Disliked: I didn't like that after paying for late check out at 2pm and paying the €30 extra 2 nights before hand.. that we were woken by someone knocking on the door to ask us to leave the room that check out was 11.. the time of that was 10:55 .. after explaining we had paid for late check out.. we were then again woken at 11:30 by a phone call of someone saying the same thing that check out was 11am we again explained that this had been the second disturbance that we had paid for late check out. We were then disturbed a third time when the fire alarm went off as a drill that we were not notified it was going to be happening when we were checking in.The issue was resolved by the hotel refunding us the money but again this really disappointed us as this was our engagement weekend and we wanted to make the most of it.

Disliked: I booked a deluxe double room and I felt it was anything but deluxe .Both the room and the bed were small and it was overpriced for what was supplied.
