Reliable good hotel

Liked: Great location, good staff.
Disliked: Bar was closed on the night we stayed, no notice given of bar closing which was disappointing.

Fantastic!!

Liked: We recently had a great experience in this hotel, the location was ideal for us. It was so central, and was so easy to find everything we were looking for (St. James Park, shopping etc.) The room was very clean and comfortable. The value for money was great!!We enjoyed 2 evening meals in the hotel and the menu was just fab, it had great variety and good value for money too. The staff were so lovely. We are really looking forward to and already planning our next visit back to this hotel.
