Disliked: Kettle socket not working in room. Breakfast only average, with tepid food on the buffet.

Liked: Hotel was lovely, clean, staff very friendly and helpful, room good size ,bed very comfy good location, had breakfast in room one morning and was delivered to the door by a robot!

Disliked: Towels were dirty upon arrival, couldn’t get afternoon tea because kitchen forgot about order( was booked before arrival) , was sitting 40 min just with tea and milk waiting for snacks, but nothing came
