Excellent stay!

Liked: Excellent buffet self service breakfast. Plenty of choice for continental or traditional English breakfast.Comfortable room.Coffee and tea available. Sadly no hot chocolate on offer.
Disliked: More information about the ability to have a discount at the local QPark parking.

Amazing staff, very welcoming and...

Liked: Staff members were amazing, the hotel was clean and very central located. The bathroom is large and modern and I would say a plus point.We felt very welcomed as arriving, the receptionist was really friendly.
Disliked: The ironing board was black and was staining and I nearly stained a white shirt I was planning on wearing. But this is minimal, it didn’t affect the overall stay.

Great modern hotel.

Liked: Excellent location, clean and modern hotel.Super comfy beds rooms nice and quiet.Good lighting in room.Excellent customer service from Victoria on reception.
