Liked: Good selection of good quality food at breakfast, staff very helpful and always someone available, clean smart rooms
Disliked: because the hotel is central it is quite noisy but no more than expected in such a central location

Liked: Comfy bed, shower was amazing , tv amazing,really spacious room
Disliked: My a/c wasn’t working and I was quite hot in the room so needed keep window open through the night and due to location of hotel all night ya can the trains scraping on the tracks and it’s extremely loud

Liked: Good location, breakfast is very nice, rooms are quiet
Disliked: I stayed here the first time when the hotel had just opened, some areas are now showing age and need maintenance such as a chip out of the shower, paint splashes on the skirting board small things but make the rooms look shabby
