Exceeded my expectations.

Liked: I was very pleasantly surprised how good and comfortable the hotel was. Despite being by the station there was no train noise, and I had a very good night’s sleep.Breakfast food was excellent, but the breakfast to is too small so too many tables crammed in so not relaxing, people always shoving past your table

Liked: Nice location.. Only 15 minutes walk to Emirates stadium....About 30 min Uber ride to Tower Bridge and other great locations...Subway station right around the corner also..

Disliked: Overall a lovely stay. However, the upgrade wasn't worth it. Didn't need a robe, slippers or fridge which is what we were told were the additional items for the upgrade. It would have enhanced the experience if even 1 mornings breakfast was included in the overall price.. Tx. Una
