Liked: The Location and the internet
Disliked: The bed is a bit too soft

Ok but not good value...

Liked: Location was good, bed was super comfy.
Disliked: The breakfast was nothing short of disorganised chaos. We got down at around 9.30am both coffee machines were needing emptying, there was no milk, bread, fried eggs or bacon. The table we were sat to was still dirty. The room was supposedly an executive room but aside from the bed being bigger and some dressing gowns I couldn't tell a difference. The room was small with one small window looking out onto the train tracks. There was a coffee machine but with cheap coffee. The water was warm, why not put it in the fridge?

Liked: Located in a good area, it is modern and clean.
Disliked: We had to change rooms 3 times as we were not put in the same room we had booked. The beds were incredibly hard and we didn’t have a good sleep. The windows cannot be opened despite having the aircon on all night it was still very hot and uncomfortable.

Disliked: Saturday night was maybe a bit pricey, due to an Arsenal match

Good

Liked: The room is clean, spacious and has everything you will need. The bar is also nice.
Disliked: Location. The area is a bit dodgy. Also the bath is very slippery even with a bath mat. The soap that they provide is really hard to rinse off.

Passable

Liked: They upgraded our room and complimentary cookies and teas are perfect!
Disliked: My iphone is stolen in front of hotel, very dangerous area. Think twice if you're coming with your family.

A nice hotel overall

Liked: Location very near to the trains
Disliked: Room can be a little bigger. 3 person in a room gives not much of a space
