Liked: Rooms were tidy and comfortable, plenty of TV screens at the bar. Location was ideal
Disliked: The room was quite warm and we were only given one key card, meaning the air con wouldn’t work when we took the card out and left the room

Nice, comfy hotel in great...

Liked: Location for us going to the football, and so close to tube station was perfect. The room was nice, we were on the top floor, it was quiet, and beds were super comfy.
Disliked: My only gripe would be some of the staff weren’t the best. Some were absolutely fine. A couple not so. I asked a chap who I think was probably just meant to be working on reception, but kept wandering about behind the bar, what snacks they had available. He said none, just drink, and I could see them on the shelf. If you don’t know, just say , I don’t know, and ask someone who does.
