You are definitely paying for the location. The room is very cramped and basic. The toilet had a fault and water ran all night. Bathroom looked like a dog had been locked in there and chewed the skirting/door. Air con spluttering out dust. Disappointed at £144 for one night.

Disliked: Really disappointed to be refused online room service at 10:15pm. As a diabetic access to food is a basic life requirement. Attend a work related performance in the Ulster Hall arrive back at 10:15pm to be refused room service when ordering online. All adjacent food establishments were closed. Ended up in McDonald’s which played havoc on me for the night! One of the reasons I stayed in this hotel was because of the availability of late night dining. Woken up between 8:30am and 9:00am due to what seemed to be a false fire alarm. Annoying!!!!No hot water in the bathroom at 10:15am before checking out. A basic requirement in a 4 star hotel I would have thought.

Disliked: Very expensive, 293 euro 1 basic double room with breakfast. Hotel has no parking, it costs 12 pound in local car park. Hotel feels more like a Motel, very basic reception. Rooms unavailable until 3pm, but check out is 11am. Definitely are better hotels in Belfast for that price
