You are definitely paying for the location. The room is very cramped and basic. The toilet had a fault and water ran all night. Bathroom looked like a dog had been locked in there and chewed the skirting/door. Air con spluttering out dust. Disappointed at £144 for one night.

Liked: Cental location; everything close by.
Disliked: Overpriced.

Liked: It was just lovely centrally located lovely chatty helpful staff. They answer the silly questions.
Disliked: Having to walk so far for the car park bit of a pain .Maybe present the directions

Great location for a short...

Liked: The hotel is in a great location really central to all the sights & the main bus station. The hotel is clean & modern with a great breakfast selections.

Impersonal clean room , ok

Liked: Sound proof comfortable room, had a wet room bathroom which wasn’t great
Disliked: Impersonal check-in , hotel down a dark lane , not very nice on approach, all self service breakfast including terrible machine coffee
