You are definitely paying for the location. The room is very cramped and basic. The toilet had a fault and water ran all night. Bathroom looked like a dog had been locked in there and chewed the skirting/door. Air con spluttering out dust. Disappointed at £144 for one night.

Liked: The location is very central within Belfast. It took us ten minutes door to door from an early morning appointment at the Royal Victoria Hospital . The room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly. Perfect for any trip to central Belfast.
Disliked: Only on street parking but we knew this before booking.

Liked: We gave stayed at he Maldron a number of times in the past...always had a lovely stayStaff helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Unfortunately a down side to our stay is that dinner and breakfast don't come up to scratch. Dinner always goes wrong with something. Breakfast is nicely cooked and good selection but is served cold on cold plates.
