Tucked away with old Chicago charm, this place is a jewel. Several concert-goes were also here so it was fun discussing the show afterwards. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Liked: Old World atmosphere.
Disliked: Room got a little warm with radiator heat!

Liked: Quaint; very clean, including bathroom area. Ample wine and snack bar.
Disliked: Being an older hotel, the room space was smaller than accustomed to.

An excellent deal in Chicago.

Liked: The location is excellent. The parking lot is just a few minutes walk from the hotel and, at $25 a day is very inexpensive by Chicago standards. The staff was very pleasant and help as were the parking valets in the garage.

Disliked: No hot water in the shower! This was very weird as there was hot water to wash your hands.

Spacious room, clean amenities, but...

Liked: The suite was spacious and very clean.
Disliked: The condition of the room was a little "worn out." Like, you could tell it needed a little elbow grease, a fresh coat of paint, etc. There were walls with spackle over holes/cracks, but unfinished.

Great low budget Boutique Hotel...

Liked: Great location if you need to be in the Lakeview area.
Disliked: N/A. Overall, it’s a three star hotel so expectations were met for such.
