Great hotel with great staff,...

Liked: The property itself was great! Great rooms, clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend this property for women travelling solo. The street outside is very sketchy and I had a situation requiring me to move hotels and contact the police due to some dodgy people hanging around. The hotel were amazing helping pack my lugggage and sending it over to my new hotel. I cannot fault them and would recommend this for anyone else.

Liked: Friendly staff, helpful when we had any issues, comfortable beds
Disliked: Facilities need more care. Mostly cosmetic, but shower heads had a lot of limescale building up. Our original room, the toilet wasn't flushing. Wasn't provided with shower gel in the room, had to ask for it

Liked: The room was better than what i expected, to be honest i was little worried about some bad reviews but overall was good.the area where the hotel was located had alot of good restaurants, gym , close to the bus station and the underground that we used daily to get to center of London.
Disliked: The only thing that i didn't like, was that the hotel didnt have a proper place keep our luggage when we came to check in early, they just put them on the side of the front desk. otherwise all was fine, nothing to worry about it
