Nice, friendly hotel in great...

Liked: Location is excellent. Close to everything tourists want to see, walk distance to the main bus station, close to Calle San Nicolas for great pintxos bars. Hotel is warm and the room was comfortable. We aren’t so keen on a double bed which is really two king singles pushed together but that’s not a deal breaker. Room had a bath, which is a bonus in our opinion. They gave us a kettle on request, which is also nice.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Liked: the good location. near the city town. and the reception assistant is friendly and service well.
Disliked: the signal of WiFi is not so good. just 300-400kb/s. the air conditioner is not under working. no free toothbrush.

Heaven in Pamplona

Liked: This was my third time staying at Maisonnave. Every time has been fabulous. The morning desayuno buffet is terrific, and the hotel's central location in the historic old walled center is great for walking. The taxi drivers from the train station know the hotel too, so there is no confusion. In addition, Maisonnave has a great bar/restaurant that's open throughout the day and late into the evening. About the wonderful hotel staff, they have gone out of their way for me each time. Once, the concierge even succeeded in getting my airplane ticket refunded. Highly highly recommend.
Disliked: Nothing negative. I loved it all, each time.

Liked: I got a quiet room in the center of the old town. The hotel is close to the main attractions.

Great central loaction with parking...

Liked: Luckily I knew where the hotel and the car park where from a previous visit. Great central location easy walking from all the lovely tapas bars.
Disliked: The reason the hotel has fallen in my rating is that our room on this trip had a nouveau bathroom - ie it had a toilet but the other facilities were not separate from the sleeping area. Call me old fashioned but my wife and I just don't like washing our bits in the bedroom! It's possible there are traditional facilities and if we think of returning I will ask first. Perhaps I should have requested a room change on arrival.

Liked: The room was warm and stuffy :-( And I could hardly sleep becos there’s no aircon or air circulation The only way is to open the windows Location was ideal becos it’s near the main thoroughfare yet it was a quieter street away from the noise
