Great location, rude staff and...

Liked: Location is excellent. Streetcars go right in front of the hotel. Good value for money. Good firm beds. Big rooms. Plus for the small pool area.
Disliked: Staff is not too friendly especially at check in desk. If you stay multiple days the room cleaning is not good. They didnt fill in the soap and towels every day. I saw a huge cockroach in my room. The cleaning staff left their trash bag in my luggage! And they would not compendate anything for the cleaning being very bad.

Liked: Nice hotel in a great location, good access to everything we wanted, walking distance to the main attractions. It was clean and the staff were friendly.
Disliked: The room was a bit cramped with a large table that had been slotted down beside the bed which was a bit odd. There were no pool towels available as they hadn't been restocked from the day before. And at breakfast, the pastries, including the waffles were extremely sour tasting, had the flour gone off? We decided to have breakfast out the second day instead of trying again.
