Liked: Nice and quiet on a direct streetcar route. Nice breakfast and swimming pool.

Liked: Great location near a tram stop, close to the centre of New Orleans with everything needed for a short stay.

Liked: Convenient to centre. Desk staff friendly but there phones get more attention than guests. Hotel is clean but run down. evidence of syringes in garden beds.

Liked: We had a wonderful time and a great stay. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. The breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect as St. Charles Ave is quiet yet close to the action in the French Quarter. Just a street car or bus away. Mr. Ed's was excellent

Liked: It was clean and the staff are really nice. I made an error with my booking and accidentally double booked one of the nights and they helped me out. It’s a good location too.

Liked: Overall good. 2 things I didn’t enjoy was that the air conditioner was broken and it meant the room was hot and humid to sleep in. Additionally the sink in the bathroom was plugged and it took all day just to drain the morning water.The pool was nice and the location was good. Parking is free it’s a small lot or you can street park but the parking around was abundant.Check in was easy and staff did their job.
