A+ Staff. Nice facility for...

Liked: The people made all the difference. Such friendly staff - welcoming, quick to respond when I had a question. Room was clean and bed comfy. Loved the high ceiling. Loved the breakfast room and foods offered. Loved the kitties on the property. We asked about the hot tub and a staff member was quick to make sure it got heated up a little more.
Disliked: Wish there was one more light in the room but that's no big deal. For the price, I got what I expected and it was comfortable. Thanks.

Liked: Staff, ( kia and housekeeping staff always make me feel welcome. update to my room, comfortable mattress, love the grits!
Disliked: No coffee pot in room, tiny garbage can.

Liked: - Beds are comfy- Breakfast is great- Room is fairly big, the price/value ratio is above average
Disliked: - Phonic isolation is terrible, I could hear people next door speaking during the night- Equipments are old (old TV, noisy AC…)

Disliked: Rude staff, no hot water during stay, manager refused to issue invoice for work receipt because booking was not done through hotel

We come here every year

Liked: Always love the courtyard and the location.
Disliked: The hot tub was cold even after we asked staff multiple times about it. This year is the only year we had this problem.
