Superb

Liked: Location, room was spacious, beds comfy.
Disliked: The sofa bed for the third person is very uncomfortable.

Nice hotel to be back...

Disliked: Dirty & didn’t took care of us as we asked

Good but not excellend

Liked: Hotel was very clean - super friendly stuff and rooms nice and clean.
Disliked: However not very soundproof could hear the neighbour on the phone and also the shower was very disapointing. Not much water came out and was hard to get shampoo out of my hair. Mentioned this to the reception but nothing was done - next morning same issue. Very disapoinint espcially for a 5 star hotel!

Alles perfekt außer die Matraze-...

Liked: Actually the perfect hotel in the heart of Strasbourg,great interior, great bar “Le1387”, super nice room, sensational breakfast and nice staff. And yet: We can never stay overnight in the hotel again because the mattresses in the rooms were covered with very high covers, which were very slippery and caused a lot of heat on the back. The two of us could sleep a maximum of one hour out of 7 hours, lying on the mattresses was so uncomfortable. The next day we were totally exhausted, so we didn't come back to this house, even though everything else was perfect. Very unfortunate.
