Disliked: Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were shut for renovations.

Liked: Great location… right in the city centre so just walked to all the sights n restaurants etc. parking was perfect across the road n not expensive. Lovely room n very comfy.
Disliked: Doing renovations so restaurant / bar wasn’t open.

Liked: Great location to the city, public car park a few steps away. We had the most comfortable sleep.
Disliked: We were not told until we arrived that the bar & restaurant were fully closed, apparently for refurbishment! So this was not a hotel!! We had to have our breakfast in our rooms only! Which the hot breakfast was freezing cold!!

Liked: Well located and comfy beds, great breakfast and friendly staff
Disliked: Isolation (windows) could be better to further reduce outside noise

Liked: The location, the staff
Disliked: The heater was not working all day long, and they didnt tell us before check in, and we were freezing. When we call at midnight they just said the heater broke that morning and they were fixing it until next day

Disliked: Rooms are very very small, difficult to move in.

Liked: Comfy beds, friendly staff, great shower, coffee machine in room was a nice touch, very good location for visiting city centre. We were in the new part of the building so had access to a lift.
Disliked: Room slightly on the small side but very nice bathroom.
