Liked: What a dreamy property and place to stay. Quiet and comfortable bedroom in their original style. The main house if stunning and great to have a wonder around. The host was wonderful and gave a little talk about the history of the house over breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: The staff was incredibly nice, helped us through the late check-in, and gave us a very interesting talk about the place and its history during breakfast. They helped us book the swamp tour and gave us recommendations for things to do in the area. The entire lot is gorgeous and really gives that historic feeling.
Disliked: We had a little trouble keeping ourselves warm in the surprisingly cold Louisiana night

Liked: It’s was so lovely to be able to stay in this very historic property .maison mouton is old and charming and we were entertained by a trio of Cajun musicians on the afternoon we arrived. Donelle and the staff were caring and attentive . We were served a delicious authentic Cajun breakfast . They were great with restaurant and things to do recommendations also.
