Maastricht Central Stay - Value...

Liked: Room was very clean and well furnished. Location is perfect with the Christmas Market right on the doorstep. Beautiful bathroom and electric points on both sides of the bed and in the bathroom. Hear the church bells ringing.
Disliked: Everything was to our liking.

Liked: lovely location , walk in shower - very good breakfast as an add on
Disliked: I was travelling with my mother who has mobility issues, the number of stairs made this very difficult, also the room had an unsteady spiral staircase in it that led to the bedroom, there was no way my mother could have made it up to the bedroom and therefore I had to make a bed up for her on the sofa & we were not made aware of the stairs in the hotel during the booking - also the Christmas market goes onto the midnight which means quite a disturbed sleep, we had to move hotels as there were no other suitable rooms, and although we were offered a made up bed at a discount price - we felt we needed somewhere quiet, we paid for breakfast as an add on for both days however were not offered a refund for the second day even though we would not be there, which was disappointing
