Liked: the location itself. it is on walking distance to the centre.
Disliked: there was no airconditioning only heating; as they stopped the airconditioning in November. However it was still warm outside so in the room it was 25 degrees. On the internet we could book a room with airco however there was none functioning, but we paid for it but.There was also someone available for emergencies by phone, but the person spoke only French not a word english. in my opinion such a person should at least also speak english as we did not speak French. I could not explain my problem to this guy and I think that for an international hotel it is necessary to speak english
