Liked: This hotel is perfectly situated in Navigli. The restaurant of the Hotel is good.
Disliked: If you take the room on canal side the view is nice but it s a bit noisy

A Gem in Milano!

Liked: We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The property is quaint and warm. The area is vibrant with tons of bars and dining. Perfect for our short stay in Milan!
Disliked: Our canal view room was tight with no luggage racks and limited closed space. For our limited stay- it was fine.

Liked: Everything. This is a classy 4 star which delivers more than most 5 stars I’ve stayed in. Check the staff - especially Teresa (think I’ve got the name right; slim, glasses and will break many hearts if she hasn’t already) and the big, friendly Asian guy (sorry for not remembering his name) plus every other member of staff I came into contact with. Superb. Loads of history with the building, great position, classy food priced to market. I’ve stayed here 3 times and, seriously, I can’t fault it, all of which means: I’ll book a revisit without question. Many thanks to all concerned.
