A very nice surprise to...

Liked: Staff very welcoming, and even though I arrived before noon, they had a nice room ready for me. I really appreciated the decor - the carpeting in the hallways a vibrant modern floral design, the wallpaper very cheerful and amusing. Large bathroom with lots of room and space to put my toiletries. The rack for hanging clothes was very convenient. I also appreciated the wool-type blanket at the end of the bed. Everything seemed high quality. Room was quiet. I liked that there were different areas where the guest could choose where to sit at breakfast.
Disliked: The breakfast had good variety, but the scrambled eggs could have been cooked a bit more and they were not hot. The bacon was very good but also not kept hot. The coffee machine was a bit complicated and it seemed the coffee was not hot enough. The heater in the room was difficult to regulate - very hot when I arrived, and had to have the front desk host come up to adjust it. But then it was fine.

Liked: Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Location of hotel very ideal. Many good restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Room would have been more comfortable if there was Aircon as it was rather warm even with windows open.

Liked: Staff was very friendly even though we checked in very late. The rooms were super clean and very pretty too. They called us because we forgot something in the room and they asked if we would like to ask them to deliver it to our postcode. It wasnt important so we refused it. But u think thats a very kind gesture of them. Thank you
