Liked: The staff, especially Concierge Nicolas was extremely helpful and attentive. The location was beyond perfect, walking distance to almost anything you want to experience in Paris. We were with our 5 year old daughter and she had a blast staying at the hotel. Everything was very well thought, to the details of amazing welcome and parting gifts for our daughter.
Disliked: The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel that are offered by the hotel were the only things we didn't like. Everything was so good, these essentials felt like they didn't belong there. In our next stay we hope to have a bit better quality in the bath products. Also the water pressure in the shower can be more, it was a bit low.

Liked: Everything, mostly staff and the environment. We were greeted by lovely staff who made sure we had the perfect stay. Will definitely book there in my next visit!

Liked: The location was excellent, easy reach for most site seeing attractions. The bed was extremely comfy, we had the best nights sleep, plus the towels were lovely and fluffy. The spa was also an added bonus.
Disliked: Little to say here really, our stay was very enjoyable.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and gave us some excellent dinner recommendations. I also loved the teddy and kids colouring book they left in the room with the welcome treats.
