Liked: The staff was good at the front desk, the lady working the counter had a great personality, and will to help out
Disliked: We checked in, after a long day, the lady checking us in on Thursday night, got us checked in and told us our balance. well the GM had already ran our card for $109.00 and the lady wanted us to pay the full amount, I told her no because it should be 109.. less because our card was already ran for that amount. She called the GM and the next thing we no my card was charged for the remainder amount. she told me to come back the next day to talk to the GM. So the next morning I stopped by the desk and asked for the GM and the lady said you will be up here in a min. I waited as along as I could and I gave up and had to leave because we had an appointment to be at. We did not have an Iron in our room. there was red splatter by the stove, and I never was told what time breakfast was, the WIFI password was, nor was I told where our room was and the number of our room. I tried to call down to the desk to get the WIFI password, and the phone did not work. I had to google the hotel to get the number to call and get the password. The walls were very thin, I could hear people talking all night.

Liked: Breakfast was good, on Saturday Morning , but on Sunday Morning , there was nothing left -it was not replenished, even orange juice was out.
Disliked: Nothing for breakfast on Sunday morning , not even orange juice, i couldn't find anyone to ask to refill the juice.
