Liked: The carpet was very old and stained and thread bare in lots of area. It smelled dirty and I'm sure that's due to the age of the carpet because there was ALWAYS staff cleaning the place! It also smelled like pot at times and I am definitely not a fan of that smell at all!

Liked: Location was good. Some Staff was okay Beds and rooms was nice and clean
Disliked: Breakfast and Staff. We was on the 3rd Floor and from the time we got on the floor the entire 4 days we got smacked with straight up weed, It was coming through our vents under the door. Constantly told staff but nothing was really done. On day 3 we located the room they actually had the window up and smoke was coming out of weed. Again told staff and oh well they didn't care. Then Breakfast was crazy cause they barely had morning staff to keep it up and on the 4th day the lady was very rude and ugly to coworker and guest telling us she isn't putting nothing else out because it is not her job and there is nothing else it was only 7:15 am.

Liked: I liked the size of the room ( suite) and the fact that the bedroom was separate from the living room and kitchen area.
Disliked: The carpet through out was very old and stained and the place smelled dirty and stinky from it. The carpet in the hallway was worn down to the bare backing in places. Also the rooms need to be updated with smart TVs and with USB plugs, that would be very helpful. The cable was lacking and there was no guide for the TV to see what was on or what was coming on, that would have been helpful since we had a few rainy days that we spent a lot of time in our room. Also the water pressure in the shower was pretty lacking, I have long hair and it was a struggle to even get my hair wet and rinse shampoo and conditioner from it. The room was spacious but the couch was very uncomfortable as it sat so low to the floor as the chair did also. The pillows were plentiful but when I asked the front desk for an extra blanket I was told they didn't have any so I went to target and bought one. The hallways often stunk like marijuana even though it's supposed to be all non smoking. I stayed 5 nights and every single time I left my room the smell was in the hallway ( 2nd floor) . There was staff cleaning often in the facility but I really feel that no matter how much they clean the stink will never go away because it's coming from the nasty old carpet in the hallway and in the room.
